2006
The 2006 Ford GT “Badd GT” is taken off the lot from Wayne Akers Ford. Johnny Bohmer starts his quest to make the fastest car in the world. The Quest Begins, The Badd GT comes apart immediately after purchase and twin turbo installation begins.
2010
The Badd GT becomes the very first street car to break the 250mph barrier in the standing mile at 252.97mph, and in the same year sets the unofficial record of 267.673mph at Miami’s TNT airport.
2011
The Badd GT sets the first official Guinness World Record in the standing mile.
2012
The Badd GT breaks it’s own personal record and holds the Guinness World Record for fastest standing Mile Street Car at 283.232mph
2014
The Badd GT sets it’s sights on 300mph.
